職業棒球比賽對天母週邊環境影響之研究

摘 要
本研究係針對天母棒球場附近地區生活環境品質探討其產生之外部影響型態，主要透過附近居民的問卷調查，並得以下結果。
一、職棒比賽在天母棒球場舉行對附近地區生活環境影響方面
(一) 職棒比賽在天母球場舉行的正面效益：
藉由問卷調查之結果，本研究驗證職棒比賽在天母球場舉行對都市整體具有「以優惠的價格購買門票」、「改善居住地區整體的服務設施品質」、「提供休閒的活動場所」、「提升附近地區的社會評價」等功能。天母地區一直以來都是所謂台北的高級住宅區，而天母運動公園的設置，除了提供居民休閒活動的場所，更增添了天母地區的色彩。也由於天母運動公園的多重功能，使其在都市中扮演特殊而重要的角色。
(二) 天母地區居民對生活環境品質重視程度調查結果：
以我們對於天母居民所做的問卷調查發現，天母居民對於其居住品質十分的重視，最為重視的為「噪音、震動、閃光」，其次則是交通方面的問題；包括了「防災避難不易、緊急時阻礙進出社區居所不易」、「道路安全性降低(行車、步行)」、「活動不方面(購物、餐飲、娛樂)」、「道路巷弄交通阻塞進出社區居所不易(行車、步行)」「車輛與攤販隨意停放，停車不易」、「居住私密性受損」。由此可知，天母地區居民對於噪音以及交通問題最為重視，其次為居住的隱私性。
(三) 職棒比賽在天母球場舉行的負面效益：
藉由問卷調查之結果，本研究驗證職棒比賽在天母球場舉行對附近地區所帶來的負面衝擊有「攤販聚集帶來的髒亂」、「汽機車隨意停放阻礙交通」、「人潮、車潮眾多阻礙交通情況」、「觀賞職棒者眾多增加停車不便性」等較為明顯。交通問題還是最主要的因素之一。
（四）整體顯示出職棒比賽在天母棒球場舉行所帶來的負面效益來的比正面效益0明顯許多。而贊成職棒比賽在天母棒球場舉行的居民約佔了51%，沒有意見的則有14%、不贊成的則有35%。整體而言，天母地區附近居民還是贊成天母棒球場的設置。但是它帶來的負面效益卻比正面效益來的大。
